Regional Teen Summit Questionnaire and Other Resources and Information

Regional Teen Summit Questionnaire

The City of Richmond, Chesterfield County, Hanover County, and Henrico County are joining together to present a teen summit for high school students. In response to the rise in youth violence throughout the region, each of the four jurisdictional governments and school divisions have come together to begin planning a regional teen summit. We want to engage high school teens to help us with the planning. Please share the following questionnaire (available in various languages) with teens between the ages of 14-19 to get their feedback. The questionnaire will be open until August 22, 2022. Please share!

Young Adult Substance Abuse Survey

Henrico Area Mental Health & Developmental Services (MHDS) is collecting a survey in our community. This statewide survey of young adults was developed in partnership with Virginia’s Office of Behavioral Health and Wellness (OBHW) at the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) and their partner, OMNI Institute, a nonprofit organization working with Community Service Boards (CSBs) and coalitions across Virginia. It should take 10-15 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. Text Virginia to (855) 632-2201 for the survey link to take by July 30!
